These terms apply to your use of https://keralarainwater.com and to anything you buy through it. By placing an order you accept them. The site is operated by Kerala Rain Water Harvesting Private Limited, a company registered in India, at No-16, Joel Arcade, Kelakam, Kerala 670674, India.

Ordering

Products are sold by the case, not by the bottle, and the case size is shown against every product.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract. We may confirm, query or decline it. A contract comes into existence when we confirm the order to you. We may decline an order where a product is unavailable, where a price or description was wrong, or where we cannot deliver to the address given.

Prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown per case. Any taxes and delivery charges that apply are shown before you confirm the order.

We may change prices at any time, but never for an order we have already confirmed.

The product

Pluvia is packaged drinking water produced from harvested rainwater. Photographs and descriptions on this site are an honest representation, but colour on a screen and the exact appearance of a batch may vary.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no claim is made that this water treats, prevents or cures any condition.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Set out separately in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality, and for the direct loss that follows if we fail to.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or business, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, transport failure and acts of government. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

This website

The text, photographs, designs and marks on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read and share them; you may not reproduce them commercially without our written consent.

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kannur, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may amend these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
