Shipping and Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver across India. We also ship internationally, arranged case by case: tell us the destination and quantity and we will quote carriage, duties and lead time before you commit to anything.

When your order leaves us

Orders are dispatched within three working days of the order being confirmed and payment cleared. Large or export orders may take longer, and we will tell you when they will.

We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

How long delivery takes

Once dispatched, and counted in working days:

• Kerala: two to four days
• Rest of India: four to eight days
• Remote and hill districts: may take longer, and the courier's estimate governs

These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Weather, and particularly the monsoon, affects them.

What delivery costs

Delivery charges depend on weight and destination, and are shown before you confirm the order. Water is heavy: carriage on a small quantity can be a significant part of the total, which is one reason we sell by the case.

Tracking

We email a tracking reference when your order is dispatched. If it has not arrived, write to info@keralarainwater.com with your order reference and we will chase the carrier.

Please check on arrival

Please open and check the consignment when it is delivered.

If anything is crushed, split, leaking, or the seal is not intact, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the outer carton and the affected units. We will replace or refund it. See our Refund Policy.
