This policy explains what Kerala Rain Water Harvesting Private Limited does with personal information collected through https://keralarainwater.com. We are the data controller for that information.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site.

• Enquiry form. Your name, email address, telephone number, company name if you give one, the type of enquiry, and your message.
• Order form. Your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, city, postal code, and any note you add to the order.
• Technical. The internet address your request came from, recorded alongside a submission so that we can stop the forms being abused.

We do not run advertising trackers, analytics scripts or social media pixels on this site.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, to fulfil and deliver your order, to contact you about that order, and to keep the records a business is required to keep. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.

Cookies

This site sets a cookie only where one is necessary:

• A session cookie when a member of staff signs in to the administration area.
• A cookie recording that a correct access code was entered, while the site is in preview.
• A cookie keeping you signed in to your account, if you have one.

No cookie on this site tracks you across other websites.

Who else sees it

Your information is stored on our hosting in India and emailed to our own address on the same domain. Beyond that it is shared only with:

• Payment providers, when you pay online. Card and banking details are entered on the payment provider's own systems and never reach ours. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, not your card number.
• Delivery partners, who need the name, address and telephone number to deliver the goods.
• Government authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are useful and reviewed periodically. Order records are kept for as long as tax and company law requires, which in India is generally eight years.

Your choices

Write to info@keralarainwater.com and you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete it where we are not required to keep it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. We will respond within a reasonable period. Records we are legally obliged to retain cannot be deleted on request.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
