Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an order

You may cancel at no cost at any time before the order is dispatched. Write to info@keralarainwater.com or telephone +91 98479 16315 with your order reference. If you have already paid, we refund in full.

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, though the section below still applies.

Returns

This is a sealed food product. For reasons of safety and hygiene we cannot accept a return simply because you changed your mind, and we cannot resell a case that has left our control.

We will replace or refund where:

• the goods arrived damaged, crushed, split or leaking
• a seal was not intact on arrival
• the wrong product or the wrong quantity was sent
• the product was past its shelf life on arrival

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the outer carton and the affected units, and keep the packaging until the claim is settled. We may arrange collection or ask you to dispose of the goods, and we will say which.

Replacement or money back

Where a claim is accepted, you choose: we send a replacement at our cost, or we refund.

How long a refund takes

We approve or refuse a claim within three working days of receiving your photographs.

Once approved, we start the refund within two working days. It goes back by the same route you paid. Bank and card refunds usually appear within five to seven working days after that, though the timing is your bank's and not ours.

Delivery charges are refunded where the fault was ours. Where an order is cancelled after dispatch and returned, carriage is not refundable.

Orders we cancel

If we cancel a confirmed order, because a product is unavailable or we cannot deliver to you, we refund in full within five working days and tell you why.
